Guide to submissions for PRADEC interdisciplinary conference proceedings

Conference calls

  • Submissions of papers should be related to the specific Conference call. Authors of abstracts and full-text submissions must carefully read all requirements and conditions, including acceptance criteria, posted by the Program Committee of a conference. 

Format of submissions

  • Please read the following guidelines and use the PICP article submission format for submission of your paper since only articles formatted accordingly may be accepted.
  • The volume of paper should be at least 4 pages, but not exceeding 15 pages of А4 format. Articles must be written in English. Papers should be printed in MS Word, Time New Roman font (size 12), with 1.5 interval. Tables and pictures must be handled with MS Word drawing tools and supported by source references. 
  • Literature references should be placed at the end of the paper and represented in the required form. Papers should be provided by the following requisites: Name of paper; List of keywords; Summary in the beginning (a maximum of 150 words); References in required form 
  • At the end of paper author should precisely specify the following: first name and surname; scientific degree; country of citizenship; affiliated with a given author a research or other organization (company); e-mails (main and alternative); phones with codes (office and mobile); the convenient detailed post address, on which author wishes to receive the journal after printing. 
  • Given publications should have research character and must be based on principles of scientific and a professional etiquette. The papers are subject for the peer-review process by editorial and independent experts.

Language

  • Submissions must be written in English.

Title

  • Concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations.

Author names and affiliations

  • Full names should be provided. Please indicate affiliations of the author. Indicate the authors' affiliation addresses below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the Author's name and in front of the appropriate address.

Contacts

  • Ensure that telephone and fax numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postal address.

Abstract

  • A concise abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research and the main results. An abstract must be presented in English and separate from the article, so it must be able to stand alone.

Illustrations

  • Graphics should be done in MS Word and must be editable.

Tables

  • Tables should be numbered consecutively in the text in Arabic numerals and printed on separate sheets. Any manuscript which does not conform to the above instructions may be returned for the necessary revision before publication.

Footnotes

  • The use of footnotes should be kept to a minimum and numbered consecutively throughout the text with superscript Arabic numerals.

Selection of papers and publication fee

  • First, the selected papers will be recommended to publish by the Conference Program Committee. After this, the papers will undergo the peer-review process. Only passed the peer-review procedure articles will be included in the Conference proceedings publication. Delegates are provided with free publication fee option. In this case, the presenting author must be a paid registrant at the Conference. The Conference does not provide financial support nor registration fee waivers for any presentations.
  • Accepted article ONLINE publication fee for non-delegates is 125 Euro, due to pay only after accepting the paper. 

Paper submission deadline

  • Submit all Abstracts electronically, using the link found at the conference website or related websites. Abstracts and full-text final submissions must be submitted prior to the relevant deadlines. Thes deadlines will be strictly observed.
  • All Abstracts must be submitted via the conference WEB system or other suggested email options. Submissions sent via e-mail, fax, or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged. Electronic copies of paper can be sent to publications@pradec.eu no later than the fixed deadlines in a conference call.

Important

  • Payments must be done only after the final letter of acceptance of a paper for publication.
